The Home Port hotel is an apartment style hotel located in St. John’s Newfoundland.  It is an extensive renovation of an existing apartment hotel.  The project included both interior and exterior renovations.  

Interior suites were re-configured and new kitchenettes and new finishes installed.  Conference rooms and ammenity space was added.  The exterior was completely removed and rebuilt with stone and wood.  New canopies were installed over the entrances.  The entire project comprised of five buildings.
