GOSLING BROTHERS – BERMUDA

Comprising half a city block, Bermuda’s premier rum manufacturer endeavored to modernize their facility.  The project involved five buildings including a new rum mixing facility, a new three storey warehouse, renovations to their existing offices, and new offices.

The façade of their existing main building was completely renovated, and their existing beer warehouse was converted to a high end wine tasting facility, complete with bar, kitchen, private climate controlled storage facilities and a wine store.  Gosling Brothers stayed fully operational during all phases of the construction.  Troy Harper was the senior architect at Linberg and Simmons and was in charge of design, construction documents, tender, and contract administration.
