ᑭᓴᐅᑦ   KISAUT

Named after the Inuktitut word for “Anchorage”.  This building is located on part of the site of the former Navigator Inn.  The ground floor accommodates commercial space, while the upper three floors comprises 30 high quality residential units in a community with a severe housing shortage. 

The building logo was designed by Troy Harper.

This building was featured in a CBC story dealing with Nunavut’s housing shortage.
